Onsite Repair for Original Equipment Manufacturers

For OEMs, system builders and resellers. When a machine fails at your customer's premises, we go out to it.

A Dead Machine at Your Customer's

A new workstation arrives and won't power on. A machine you built three months ago starts crashing. Your remote diagnosis points at a part, and now someone has to fit it.

Bringing it back to base leaves your customer without the machine while it's away. We go to the customer instead and do what you'd do if you could get there yourself.

What We Do On Site

  • Find the fault, starting from your notes if you've already looked at it remotely
  • Fit the parts you send. It's your customer, your system and your parts
  • Run the tests that can't be done remotely: memory tests and CPU and GPU stress tests
  • Do whatever else it takes to put it right, hardware or software
  • Report back to you with what we found, what we changed, serial numbers, photos and test results

Desktops, Workstations and Servers

We work on desktops, workstations and servers. Laptops usually go back to the manufacturer under warranty, but we can still go out to diagnose a hardware fault or fit memory.

When the Part Doesn't Fix It

A remote diagnosis is a best guess. Sometimes the new part goes in and the fault is still there. We don't close the job and leave. We keep going until we've found what's actually wrong and tell you what's needed, so you're not sending another part on another guess.

Your Customer Stays Yours

We attend on your behalf and don't sell to your customer. Anything they ask for outside the job comes back to you.
